I have the B2375dfw printer. The screen is currently frozen, with the little logo that's spinning. Anything button I hit produces the message please wait. It's been stuck this way for almost a week. What are my options?

I have problem with this printer does not recognize photo color
cartridge, and neither black cartridge both genuine dell.
Neither works with one cartridge.
I buyed ink four times and I had to get it back.
Is there any solution with this issue?

Dell B2365DFW copying and printing full duplex not working
I am an IT guy, I have a couple of these Dell 2365's and one of them will not print or copy full duplex correctly.
What I mean by this is that it copies the pages from the feed tray just fine and then it starts to print and prints the front of a paper just fine but when it tries to print the other side, it waits until about half way down the paper to start printing the other side and cuts off the bottom half of what was supposed to come out on the page.
I thought it might have been a calibration setting, not the case, firmware is up to date.

Dell B2375dfw Mono MFP-Print count
I posted this a year ago and all I got was "here's the link to the manual." I cannot find it clearly in the manual so I will post here. I need to get a print count on this multifunction machine and cannot find it! I am very well versed in office machine usage, but am at a loss. Could someone please just step me through it, or tell me where it is?

B2375dfw Jam
I get a printer jam message when I try to print to my b2375dfw, but the printer display itself shows no jam error. I have unplugged the printer (power and usb), rebooted the pc, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, checked all paper paths meticulously to no avail. The printer is only about a year old and is used very lightly--still on first toner cartridge. I am out of ideas.

Problem scanning on an E514dw printer
The printer is connected to my pc running Windows 10. No problem printing a document from my pc to the printer but when I try to scan to the pc I get an error message on the pc screen saying "Destination path not specified". I can understand that because I didn't specify a destination path. I've looked in the manual on how to specify a path but it seems all the info there relates to connecting to a Mac. For Windows users it says refer to the Dell Printer Software Hub FAQ. Well I've looked around and cant find a Dell Printer Hub Software FAQ. Can anyone tell me how to specify the destination path or where I can find the information on how to do this?

C1760nw spinning endlessly
My C1760nw has taken to just sitting there and spinning endlessly while clicking. For a while it would stop after a minute or so but now it just does this until I can't stand to listen to it anymore.

Toner Dell 3000/3100/3010cn & Dell 5100cn
We have a number of old printers (Dell 3000, 3100, 3010, 5100cn) and believe it or not they are still running well! OK they are a bit slow but in general they are still printing fine prints.
However, we have been informed by our suppliers that toners and parts for these machines are getting harder and harder to find. In fact one of our suppliers can no longer offer us Magenta or Cyan for the Dell 3000 /3100cn.
Why is this? Do Dell no longer produce these toners. Are we advised to invest in new printers?
By the way, we only ever use original Dell produced toners / parts and we are based in Spain.

Cannot Connect to my V305w Printer wifi light not turning on
Earlier last week my printer was operating perfectly well as a wireless printer on my network. The computer with the Dell Imaging Toolbox had met an untimely end. So I continued to use it as a printer with default Windows drivers over the network, and not as a scanner for the longest time. This worked, until this morning.
This morning I printed a few documents over the network and then had to scan others onto my Windows 10 laptop. I installed the Dell Imaging Toolbox onto my laptop to acquire Scanning capability. However now it won't connect at all. I managed to plug it in via USB and use the scanner using default Windows drivers.
After the scanning was done there was more documents to print, however, I cannot connect to it in anyway. I've tried reinstalling the drivers on my laptop. The WiFi light won't come on at all. The printer won't accept a wired connection to either scan or print anymore. It was working fine this morning, so I can't really believe that the printer is completely bad. Any help would be appreciated.

Dell B2375dnf scan to network problem
Hello
I want to scan to my network. I have installed the drivers etc on my 2012 server. Gone to address book on the web interface and tried to add a scan to network address. I have set it to anonymous. When I test the settings it says connecting to server successful then errors out trying to login in. But I set it to anonymous.
In frustration I set it with the admin credentials, and again it says 'login error'
It gives no further information so I don't know how to proceed.
Any ideas?

Dell v725w - Will not boot up
After a power outage my printer will not load up when powered on it gets about half way on menu screen loading bar and it stops and it never gives or shows any errors.
I have checked everything on the printer and reset it numerous times with no luck at all. This looks to be an issue with the loading of the firmware drivers. But how can this be corrected? Is it possible to install the firmware directly on the printer without having the printer boot all the way up.

3100cn printer stopped printing double sided
Our 3100cn PLC6 printer recently stopped allowing us to print double sided documents. It was working fine a few weeks ago, and will still print some documents (panel settings or something requested from the printer properties/advanced). We have Windows 10, and recently upgraded our server (which we are thinking might be the cause of this problem).

Error code 034-756 on C1765nfw Color MFP
Hi
I am getting an error code, 034-756, it shows an incoming fax from G-3, then displays "communication failure" and Job Failure, then to reset we have to press the center check button. It seems to be happening about every 30 minutes.

LSU Failure #U2-1112
I get this error when I try to print from my computer. When I print a status page from the printer its fine. The panel prompts you to unplug and plug back in, which doesn't help.
I have recently installed a new 3rd party toner cartridge. Which I'm sure Dell will say they don't support (but again, it works when printing a status page from the printer).
Any thoughts?

USB Flash Drive printing
I have a Dell C1765nf MFP Laser. The manual specifically states it has the option of printing jpg or PDF file from USB flash drive when inserted into front USB port. My problem is, it WILL print jpg's but everytime I try to print ANY PDF file, it displays file format error. I have tried multiple pages to just a basic single page pdf to no avail. AGAIN, yes it WILL print jpg's from USB so there's nothing wrong with port NOR do you need to be hooked to a pc so not OS reliant!
