I have c3765dnf printer and have been getting paper jam and error 010-377 only when I print in color.
If I print in black and white it is ok. The color seems to get really hot and the ink sticks to the roller.
I just purchased a replacement fuser unit, and thought that would fix this, but I'm getting same error.

Apologies for repeating a post similar to what other people have experienced but I've wasted several hours on this today and about to lose it!
For some reason my printer suddenly stopped working and I googled and tried to follow some of the instructions. Seems I've got as far as removing the old program off but I don't think I've actually found a driver to reinstall with. Is it just me or is the Dell website ridiculously slow? All the zips I've downloaded have only been the utility to remove the old app but has not contained a driver to reinstall with.
At my wits end now. Sure someone has helped me out previously (have a memory of running a windows 98/xp driver version or something like that) please will you help again. Really need to print something off, this is driving me crazy

I had to change the password on my wireless router, now getting a password error on the printer.
I've been going around in circles trying to find how to change the wireless password on the printer.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and I can no longer scan to network with my Dell 2155cdn.
Under Address Book, I updated the Server Address SMB settings. Specifically, I changed the username and password to match the Microsoft ID I now use to login to my Windows 10 machines at home. So, instead of a local account, my user name is now "username@hotmail.com" as an example.
However, I get a SMB Login Error message that states:
"SMB logon failed. Check your login name (domain and user) and password. :031-522"
No matter how I configure it, I can't seem to get this account to work via SMB for scanning to the network. Please help!
Unfortunately Rick's suggestion did not work. I even left the printer unplugged for ten hours overnight but still no success. Gordon.

I do not know if this is even allowed by the EWS but i was hoping to find out if i can give admin permissions to a user account. In a call to the Dell support i was advised to leave the admin default password [admin] as is and not to change this. The EWS does want me to do this. I am confused.
Since i had troubles with changing the admin password i do not trust the system that much. There is a solution to reset the admin account password but i rather have two admins on a system.
I can copy, scan and fax but when I try to print from my computer it will not give me the option to print fromy all in one Dell AIO PRINTER 926. Why?
So I went into my router settings and the MAC address for the printer is listed in the router so my problem isn't there. It's the connection between the router and printer (so it seems). The cd drive is broken on this computer so any issue would have to be made without a disk. Also, in win 7 when I go to the printer properties, there is nothing under the hardware tab. Also, pinging the printer at 10.0.0.20 is futile, as is going into the printer from a web browser.
Sorry, this was a question asked in 2012, I'm now experiencing this problem, my printer is 4yrs old no problems until Now! I did all the things as stated, with the USB controller section. My printer was not connected to my computer whn this was done.. The power light is on automatically doesn't go off, the display panel light is on, it says Energy Star.The start button will not turn the printer off even if I hold it 3-4-5 seconds. It has to be unplugged.
So, please tell me ,Do I need another Printer!!!
We have a Dell 2375dfw and trying to get the Scan to PC function to work. It sees two computers on the domain, but the rest never show up. Seems all the network settings are the same. Any tricks to get this to work?

I have a problem with my Printer E525W, in that since I let the Dell Printer Hub update the firmware, I am unable to contact it.
Shortly after any restart, the data light begins to flash green, and the power light is steady orange.
My router says the device is connected, but the hub says it is offline, and I can get no response at the printer's console, and pings to the IP address time out.
Ideas?
Simple question but unable to get on-line help from labyrinthine, unhelpful, Dell site.
I have a piece of paper jammed the printer which I cannot see or remove. I need a technician to come and fix it. I live in Geneva and have tried several numbers on the Dell website only to get the message that the number is not valid.
Can someone please give me a phone number in Switzerland so I can arrange for someone to come and fix the problem.

I have a brand new dell B2360dn printer out of the box and it won't lift the paper from the tray.
The paper is plain paper not fancy thick paper. I updated the firmware to the latest. There's no jam because the printer hasn't printed any thing yet.
Any thoughts?

I would like to change a couple of settings on my printer but I'm not sure if it's possible.
1) paper size in scan settings is set to A4 but I would like it to be letter. Every time I scan I go to check and it's set to A4 again. The scan cuts off a portion of my page.
2) I would like the screen to stay on a little longer and not go to sleep. Is there a setting for this somewhere? When I'm scanning multiple documents and there's too much time in between, the machine goes to sleep and I have to start all over again.

Printer set for single-sided printing in the driver (printing preferences and printing defaults). Printer prints single sided in Word etc if sending a multi-page doc.
Users are printing photos but straight from 'My Pictures' by dragging to select several pictures then right click and send to print, output is double sided.
Users 'don't have time' (can't be bothered) to paste them into Word
How do I get around this one?
How do you set up a C1760nw printer wireless? The printer read my wireless device and shows an IP Address but I am unable to print to it wireless from my laptops.
The first page color is fine if the printer sits idle for some time. However, if I print a newsletter the first page color is okay but the color on the remaining pages fades rapidly. If the TonerPalletCheck is fine why would the Gradation test show a problem? Does this point to a need to replace the Developer Drive Assy # H6702 or another issue. Thanks in advance for your guidance.
My 2350DN had been working fine, but recently I am no longer able to network print. When I look at the print queue, the item is sitting in the queue as "printing", but just sits there with a few kb of the job done - even overnight, it gets no further.
I can print fine using USB, and I can access the printer's web page which suggests that the network is running fine. I have the same problem across three different computers (Win10 and SBS2011).
I have tried:
- Printer reboot
- Firmware update (I was already running the latest firmware)
- Reinstall drivers
Any suggestions as to what to do next?

Need help setup my mac computer with os 10.10.3 to receive incoming faxes from Dell MFP H825cdw. The faxes need to be saved on my mac computer rather than being printed. The printer is able to print and scan the documents and save it to mac computer, it is the faxes that are not getting saved. I tried with printer connected with USB and also with network cable to router. In both cases it did not work. Any help appreciated.
