We are trying to get a 2330dn printer to work. I connects to the network fine; we can tell because the amber light is solid, the green light flickers, and we can view and change setting from its local address. However, when we try to print an item, the print queue shows it briefly (with messages like "finding printer", "connecting to printer", etc.), then drops it without actually printing. The printer claims to have plenty of toner and fuser, and it has enough paper. We can get it to print stuff from the printer itself (when asking it to print reports). The computers we try to print from can print from other printers just fine. Any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks.

5130 how to clear fuser message?
I have a 5130cdn that's fuser went past life. I moved a fuser into it from another we've been using for spare parts that probably has easily 80000 pages left, but can't figure out how to clear the replace fuser message on the unit. All my attempt to search for this end up finding instructions for other models. How can I clear this error?

E515DW: Print from iPhone
E515DW printer installed on home network few weeks back which has a usb connected desktop and a Windows 10 wireless connected laptop. Everything working as designed. Also successfully printed from an iPhone 5S (iOS 10.1.1) during initial setup. Problem today is that when attempting to print from the iPhone which appears to connect the printer, the printer LCD panel displays "receiving data" multiple times but no print. Any ideas please? I probably cannot replay how the initial setup went....Thanks. Allen
Printer E525w sleeping, have to physically turn it back on every 30 minutes???
Dell, is there a tech support way of turning this off? Some way of hot-flashing or forcing a much higher power saver setting (like 24 hours or more?) As a small business, there are often many hours where it's not in use but then we need to print a bunch of stuff all of a sudden. 30 minute max timeout?? I mean come on. This is really bad as a design decision. Can you please patch or update this to be removed? I get the need to want to save energy, but this makes it unusable in a normal office environment. I really don't want to have to return the printer as it's great in every other way we've tested.
32bit error on 5130cdn printer
I have a 5130cdn printer installed on a 64bit W7 laptop. Getting a 32bit driver error when printing pdfs that locks up laptop. This doesn't happen every time, but enough where I need to find a fix. I've reinstalled the printer using latest driver on dell site, I've tried just installing the PCL6 driver rather than adding the PS driver, installed using USB connection, IP address as well as adding as a network printer...same message. I've installed the hotfix that Dell sent me....nothing eliminates this 32bit error. Any help would sure be appreciated!
dell 1250c tool box
Hi there, i have a dell 1250c printer and have just inserted new cartridges. The issue is the colours are very washed out and i can't seem to find the tool box.
My pc is a windows 10 64bit os with all the latest drivers (even the printer) and while my pc can see the printer and print to it the dell site (once logged in) doesn't see it linked for whatever reason.
If i could access the tool box i'm sure i could adjust the settings to print better however all the go to's to find the tool box seem to be for win7.
Am i being a muppet??

5130 Fuser replaced - how do you clear the count?
Hello,
I've bought a replacement fuser for a 5130cdn that did it's life.
However, I've replaced the fuser, and the warning is still coming up that the fuser is at the end of life.
I've called tech support, and no joys / no help - they told me that the printer was at fault and to replace the printer (which I call shenanigans on).
Has anyone managed to re-set the count on the 5130 fuser? And if so, how, as there is nothing in the manual that says about the fuser counter reset, just how to get to the fuser.
Anyone help?

I found this page on clearing the NVRAM however am worried that if I select:
- "Reset Defaults of User (Scan) Section" - initializes the e-mail and server address entries in the Address Book.
And this doesn't actually reset the password for the web tool, then I can't even scan to my NAS anymore, or access the tool to set it up again.

I have a Dell2360 printer. I keep getting a load manual feeder sign. I try to click the wrench and arrows to change settings and it does not allow it to change. Any ideas what I can do?
V313W printer help - yellow and red ink not printing
hello,
i have cleaned the print head by hand (taking the whole thing out and cleaning) and used the printer option. i did both the deep clean and the normal clean. the blue works, the red and yellow do not. it is a brand new ink cartridge. when cleaning through the printer some ink does appear at the top of the page and goes away by the bottom. what can i do to resolve this issue that I haven't already done? i am so frustrated. i have been working on it for 2 hours with no luck. it used to work great. now i guess i can only print in black until i figure out whats wrong.

Dell v305 inkjet printer

I have a Dell V305 injet printer. We have windows 10. We have been able to print previously but in the last week, I get an error message saying that the the printer cannot communicate. I have two laptops with Windows 10 and they have both worked with the v305 in the past. Now, I get the same error message on both laptops. Have there been some changes that are creating the problem?

S2815dn DNS/SMTP Errors after Firmware Update

I updated the firmware on our S2815dn three weeks ago (from 201605200659 to 201610240647) and now I receive error 016-503 "Unable to resolve the e-mail SMTP server hostname". I've tweaked and tweaked the SMTP settings to no avail. I tried restoring to a previous version, and I get a protection error and it cancels the job.
So, how can I resolve the SMTP/DNS errors? We're using Google and here are my settings:
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com (have also tried smtp-relay.gmail.com )
- Port : 587
- Security type: SSL/TLS
- Email send authentication: SMTP Auth (Auto)
SMTP Server Connection: Unable to connect
Come to think of it, it isn't sending email reports or alerts (duh, of course).

I am experiencing very dirty printing when using the paper tray feed - I have cleaned the rollers as directed in other internet posts. This only started within the last couple of weeks.
IF I pirnt one page at a time using the manual feed. the output is fine.
I have a new toner cartridge so that is not the problem.
Any ideas - I cannot determine why the tray feed is making a dark page come out and the manual one-page-at-time is just dandy.
Unable to get answer to printer problem
My 1230c colour laser printer prints a shadow/ghost/duplicate near the bottom of each page of whatever is at the top of that page. Is there a solution? Can anyone direct me to the right place?

My customer's Dell C1765nfw MFP displays error code 019-402. According to what I could fine on the other boards, pertains to a drum needing to be replaced. However, I cannot find a service manual for this unit. So my question are as follows;
1. is this a unit manufactured by you (Dell) or another manufacture (i.e. Lexmark or Xerox)?
2. If the later, I need the manufacturer and model number.
3. If not, how do I replace the drum unit?

Dell 3115cn Color printing issue

I am recently having an issue when printing color from my Dell 3115cn. When I print, I am getting a blotched pattern on the entire sheet of paper. I have tested a few situations, and even if I just print a blank copy, the pattern is printing. It on is an issue when I print in color if I print in only black, I am not having the issue. I am not an expert with color laser printers, as most of my past, my experience is with ink jet printers. I have attached an image of the result I am having, the cost for the part can get expensive so before I attempt anything id like some help, please! There is mostly the mageta color, but there is also some Cyan is you look closely enough....

Dell V715W Black Ink Cartridges
The last three black ink cartridges for my Dell V715W printer that I ordered from Dell have been defective. The cartridges were manufactured in Mexico. My printer would not print even with the color cartridge inserted. When I put the new black one in, a message would appear, "black cartridge missing". It took two weeks to get replaced cartridges. The recent ones worked. I am concerned about future orders of these cartridges coming from Mexico.
Dell Wireless v525 hookup.....
I have a Dell desktop and Wireless v520 printer. I have it hooked up with USb and it is working just fine, however I would like to hook it up without USB. Everything I tried.....no success. I want to be able to send docs from my Laptop in another room clsos to my router. It keeps asking me, when I try to use the prompt "FIND PRINTER" and then it askes me for the path to arrive at it. I don't know what that is so I am hopping someone can get me close to solving my problem before I go "completely" bonkers.
