Hello,
My V313w printer has suddenly stopped printing and scanning. When I try to scan it says, 'Downloading Application List' and nothing happens. It just reverts back to 'Select Computer'. The printer is connected wireless and the Wi-Fi is showing solid green. I have checked for software updates and it says I have the most up to date version. I am using Windows 10.
I have disconnected the printer from the power supply, reconnected and rebooted my pc. I still have the original problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
