I have downloaded the latest dell 968w driver, but when I go into computer, then to dell, and then to drivers for dell 968w, the driver I downloaded is not listed. The driver is, R241344.exe. I suspect that the driver running the printer is not the latest driver.
When I go to update the driver, it says that the latest update is already installed, but this update is not listed under dell.
When I browse on my computer for the update, an go into my downloads where the update is currently stored, all of my downloads will not list.
Any ideas?
