I have a word doc that is set to paper size 4.5" x 6.7" and has margins set so the typing appears in the location I need it. when I send it to the 2130cn printer it prints perfectly 1 time then says wrong paper size. The paper guides are correct. When I go into the printer menu and change the paper size on the printer itself, and i print the same page, it prints small and in the wrong location, nearly centered.
It is printing a label on the left side of an invitation except when I change the paper size, that gets rid of the paper size error, but then prints in the wrong spot!
What do I need to change to get it to not have the error but print correctly. It seems like it prints correctly when the paper size is set to "letter", its in the correct spot and correct size. But the printer gives me the wrong paper size error.
