My printer ran out of ink printing a large document. (317 pages).
I replaced the ink, with DELL ink from dell. Now the printer will not stop printing that document. Tried the following. Cancelling the print in the queue, turning off printer for 15 minutes, turning off and unplugging for 24hrs, cancelling on printer. Unplugging from the computer.
Cannot get it to stop and it will not accept a new document.
