I have two 1320c printers which have provided sterling service over many years. Somehow I have managed to get a toner cartridge jammed in one of them. The door will not swing out and I think it is because something broke on the catridge iteslf and is now stopping the cartridge from being removed. I think I will be able to remove it if I can strip down the printer. To this end I have repeatedly asked Dell to let have a pdf of the service manual but they seem unable to grasp what is required. I cannot believe that only the user manual is available but this what they have told me ! Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the 1320c service manual ? I have spent hours looking on the web without success and am thinking that the printer will need to be scrapped.
