ADF paper jam message - no jam exists - H825CDW

H825cdw printer ADF issue:

I can scan or fax from my printer ONLY if I lay the paper on the scanning bed. If it's a multiple page scan job, it scans each page to a separate file, unlike using the ADF, which allows multiple pages to be saved to one file. 

If I try using the ADF, I get a JAM message every time.

Paper never feeds, it just sits there (like the roller isn't picking it up), and there is no jam. 

I'm under "on-site warranty after remote diagnosis" but I swear I have looked everywhere I can look on the Dell web site and cannot locate how to reach support so they will come look at this thing! 

Help... :-)
