C2665DNF Scan to email

Hi,

I have scan to email working on a Dell C2665DNF.  The problem is when they select the scan to button, the first person in the address book is automatically setup as the default scan to address. That just started happening in the last couple of weeks. How do I reset it back to a blank send to?
