This has been a very reliable work group printer for years. Used with XP and Windows 7. Suddenly the duplex option can't be triggered with the driver. If you set it for duplex when sending a job it simply comes out on the front of two sheets. If duplex is forced by setting it through the printer menu, it works fine. I've tried cycling the power on the printer, futzing around with the drivers, etc but it just won't do it. It seems more likely the printer doesn't recognize the duplex command in the print job rather than five computers on the network are all suddenly unable to send the command. Any ideas how to further troubleshoot or, better, what might be wrong and how to fix?
