Hello community -
Installed and prints great. I can manage via the hosted webpage and have scan to email configured through O365. (Once i figured out how to turn on TLS)
The issue I'm having is that when i try to scan, it scans the document then processes and eventually after about 30 to 45 seconds fails and produces the message "network error".
As i mentioned i can print to and manage via the web. I also hooked a different device to the same Ethernet cable, switchport, etc. and it scans just fine.
Any one else run into this issue?
