Hi,
I installed my new E514dw multifunction printer on my wireless network using the software CD and an older HP windows 7 laptop. I actually want to use it with my new XPS (no CD reader) so I downloaded the recommended software for my system (win10 64bit) from the dell website. When I click the setup.exe file windows asks permission to run it and then nothing happens.
Does anyone recognise this problem? Who can help me?
