In trying to get the v313w to communicate with my laptop and ACTUALLY PRINT, the print head case fold over latch broke where it connects to the printhead. In the process of buying a replacement print head I noticed that the fold over arm latch doodad that goes on top of the ink cartridges is not shown in the picture of any of the replacement print heads. Nor am I finding it as a separate part. Does that mean that the newer print head replacements no longer have the arm latch doodad or what?
I need an answer fast since this printer is not mine and I would like to fix it up right. Thank you!!
