I have a Dell V515w all-in-one printer, and whenever I've tried pairing it to my wifi, I get to the part of the utility where it wants me to plug the USB into my laptop, however after I do that it doesn't detect it and won't let me hit continue, and sometimes after trying to hit continue or after I plug it in it crashes. I've tried reinstalling the software and repairing it several times but nothing has helped. I've used all my USB ports that are working with other devices except my printer. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is my printer too old? I have had it for a few years now and it sat idle at my house for quite some time.
