Can no longer connect my Dell 3100cn via ethernet

Today I replaced my Netgear WNDR3700 Router with an Arris TG1682G Gateway (supplied by Comcast).  My netgear had a 192.168.1.XXX IP address and my Arris has a 10.0.0.X IP address.  I connected my printer to the new router and it cannot be found on my home network (every other wired and wireless device seems to work) .  When I print the 3100cn Printer settings page(Configure, Reports, Printer Settings), it lists an IP address of 192.168.11.200 which seems to imply the printer is not successfully refreshing the IP address (it is set to Auto).  I tried power cycling the printer and even resetting NVRAM but the IP address reads the same.

I know the printer is old, but it worked great with my Netgear router just yesterday.  Is this somehow a problem with IPV6 or the fact that the Dell3100cn is not happy with a the Arris Gigabit Ethernet connection?  My temporary solution is to go back to USB printing but I would like to use the printer off several of my devices.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
