We have a Dell V715w printer that was initially ordered with a Dell desktop computer. That computer has since received a virus and is no longer working but up until recently we're been able to plug in our laptops and print that way. Recently I noticed there was something in the printer queue that I cannot get rid of on my laptop. I NEED to print something tonight so I hopped onto my sons laptop and sure enough, that document is still sitting in the queue. We have tried deleting this document multiple times, we've tried unplugging the printer from the wall, now we've tried a different laptop and it's still there and won't go away!
Looking for ideas to get this document out of the queue. I have my sons homeschool review coming up and 90% of what we do is on the computer. If I can't print I'm going to be in deep doo-doo! I don't speak "computer speak" so if someone could dumb it down for me, I'd really appreciate it.
