Following installation of Windows 10, I have used the same procedure for installing my Dell AIO 966 printer as I successfully used for Windows 7, namely installing Vista drivers in compatibility mode, using Dell's "Installing Older Windows Printer Drivers in Windows 10".
The test print from the "Install GUI" was successful and I can print to the 966 from Notepad. However, prints from MS Word (2007) and MS Excel (2007) stay stuck in the printer queue and will not print.
Does anybody know to resolve this problem?
